The standards held in the Engineering Library collection are primarily engineering related.
For standards related to other subjects, check with other libraries. For example, the Health Sciences and Built Environments Libraries also have standards in their collections. Search the UW Library Catalog for additional standards.
The edition held by the Engineering Library, may not be the most current edition. To check for other editions of a standard, search the IHS Standards Store . Several series of standards are held at the Engineering Library but are not entered into this database. These series include:
Check in the UW Libraries Catalog or ask at the Information Desk for help finding these standards. Most of the standards at the Engineering Library are located on the first floor of the Library in the Standards Area. Please ask at the Information Desk (first floor) for assistance.
